Autonomic is an AI-native business process improvement consultancy. We help organisations in South Africa, Mauritius, the UK and the US understand operational problems, design practical improvements, and implement the right solutions, using business analysis, applied AI engineering and practical training.

Our mission

To help organisations make work run better: fewer stalled handoffs, less duplicated effort, clearer decisions, and technology that earns its place. We solve the operational problem first. AI is one of the tools we use when it fits, not the answer we start from.

How we work

A method, not a product to sell.

  1. UnderstandWe start with how the work gets done today: the people involved, the steps, the information they use, and what happens when something goes wrong.
  2. DiagnoseWe separate what has been reported from what has been verified, and look for causes rather than symptoms.
  3. DesignWe choose the proportionate response: a process change, training, conventional software, an integration, an AI system, or a combination.
  4. Deliver and measureWe implement what was agreed, keep people in control where judgement matters, and check the agreed measures afterwards.

Justin leads technical discovery, engineering, and delivery. His project-delivery background connects the build to its handover and adoption. He reads every snapshot before a call, writes and reviews each proposal, and leads technical support within the agreed retainer scope.
