Our own working system

From first question to a written proposal.

Autonomic uses its own software to connect snapshots, enquiries, calls and proposals. This is a simplified walkthrough of that workflow, with no customer information or live actions.

  1. A free snapshot starts the conversation

A visitor answers a few questions about one operational problem. Our own AI system asks targeted follow-ups and writes a preliminary snapshot on screen. Fixed rules, not the AI, choose the suggested next step, and the snapshot quotes no prices or savings.

For the customer: You get something useful before giving us your details, and you can see why a route was suggested.

  2. A person reads it first

If the visitor chooses to send it, the snapshot and their answers are waiting on the lead card. A well-defined build can book a free technical scoping call straight into Justin's real calendar; anything less clear is read before we reply.

For the customer: You don't repeat yourself, and the conversation is about your business rather than a sales script.

  3. The right engagement is proposed

Depending on the problem, that might be a simple process change, training, a paid business analysis engagement, or a build. Each is set out in writing with its scope, exclusions and price before any money changes hands.

For the customer: The commitment is clear, and one engagement never commits you to the next.

  4. Builds are paid in stages

A build is paid 40% on signing, 40% at a working demo, and the final 20% when the agreed checks pass.

For the customer: You see it working before the final payment.

This demonstrates the process we have implemented. It does not claim measured time savings or a fully autonomous service: every call and every proposal involves a person.
