About business analysis →Discovery and implementation are separate agreements. A build fee is fixed in its proposal and paid in stages: 40% on signing, 40% at the working demo, 20% on acceptance. You see it working before the final payment. Each proposal accounts for the integrations, system access, data handling, testing, hosting and any AI usage costs that apply.
